A review of the P300 investigation in patients with dementia, a depressive disorder and schizophrenia: according to the literature and an evaluation of our own results it appears that the overlap in P300 results between the different diagnostic groups is too large to be of any use at this moment as a diagnostic tool in the daily psychiatric practice.
