This article presents a case of frontal-subcortical dementia in a young adult with known Behçet's syndrome. Dementia in early adulthood is infrequent. The diagnosis is difficult, especially when depressive features are the predominant symptomatology in the beginning. The concept of frontal-subcortical dementia has been discussed. The psychiatric manifestations of Behçet's disease have been reviewed from the most recent literature.
