In the article we describe on which grounds the diagnosis `psychosis due to pre-pubescence' has to be made. We will illustrate it with the clinical course of 3 children (10, 11 and 12 year) who are in their pre-pubescence and have developed such a psychosis.

At the same time we pay attention to the therapy we applied to these three patients.
