Time sence I. Essay from the developmental and psychological point of view

This paper gives a description of the normal development of time sense in the child, from the viewpoint of psychoanalysis, cognitive psychology and the development of language. Discrimination between time as sequence and time as duration is briefly mentioned. An indication of the development of time can be drawn from the use of language related to time. Global guidelines for the evaluation of the development of time are given. Finally Fraser's temporal levels are described.
