Short report
Problems existing on the verge of ambulatory and clinical psychiatry: social-psychiatric aspects
J. van Londen
The assignment given to the author was to draw in outline the problems existing on the verge of ambulatory and clinical psychiatry. In this article is not given a summing up of the various problems in the field of organizing these activities, because of the many articles recently written about this subject. As the spheres where problems can arise the author indicates:
- the aspects of communication;
- the harmonization and continuity of treatment and rehabilitation;
- the various responsibilities to whom, to what and to which;
- the influences to which the extra- and intramural psychiatry is exposed and the effect these influences have in between.
A detailed description of the various subjects is given.
