Enkele gedachten over de nosologische en operationele waarde van de begrippen 'endogeen' en 'exogeen' in de psychiatrie
Much confusion surrounds the use of the terms exogenic and endogenic psychosis.
In this paper the nosological and operational value of different psychiatric systems are discussed.
It is pointed out that the most practical basis is given by the study of syndromen.
In this way we avoid the suhjective element in the psychiatrie diagnosis.
