Short report
Enkele klinische ervaringen met Trilafon (Perfenazine)
E.J.M. Crabbendam
Results of a trilafon (perfenazine)-injection-treatment were checked upon for 55 cases. Criteria for applying the treatment were the predominance of either confusion, paranoic reaction or hallucinations; or of a combination of two or three of these criteria. The results of the treatment turned out to be 'good' 75%, 'slightly improved' 9%, 'no improvemene 16% of the cases. Trilafon treatment proved to be effective in cases of psychogenic psychoses and schizophrenia if paranoic states defined the patients behaviour.
