summary  One of the symptoms often associated with Asperger Syndrome is disturbing behaviour, such as aggression. We looked into the question whether the available literature offers enough arguments to support a possible association. The conclusion is that it is impossible to give an unequivocal answer to the question whether there is an association between Asperger Syndrome and aggressive behaviour.
