Short report
In search for sociotherapy, ten years asylum experience
H. Ronse
We compared two clinics. On one side a new neurosis institution, on the other side a classic psychiatric institution. The efforts to set up a therapeutic community are described. Team-spirit rises when one is able to institute conferences. This is valuable both for the patient-group and the nursing- and therapeutic groups. Both go through a slow evolution which has a parallel course: they are interdependent.
